WARRANTY
Our hats are made and finished by real humans who work tirelessly, 5 days a week, to make these hats.
We also have multiple manufacturers in the process - those that provide the fabric, labels, lining, closures, and embroidery.
They are all really good at their job - in fact, the CEO has worked hard since August 2023 to ensure we have a strong quality control process in place.
But alas, they're all human. Sometimes they make mistakes.
Our shipping warehouse tries their best to examine each hat before shipping it out to you.
The goal is to only ship you a hat free of defects in workmanship and quality.
But, once in a while, they may also make mistakes.
So if we ship you a product that has manufacturing defects, we will replace the hat with an equal hat at our cost.
Other Returns
Other than warrantable claims on quality and workmanship, we currently have no mechanism in place for returns.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please chat in with us, and the CEO will personally do what he can to make things right for you.
We're for girl dads, run by a girl dad. We're not going to leave anyone behind.
