SHIPPING & RETURNS
Fulfillment
Fulfillment is the process our warehouse goes through between receiving your order, picking it out, packaging it, and scheduling a pickup with UPS.
Any orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day will be fulfilled the same day. To be on the safe side, it is best to place an order before 1:00 PM EST on a business day.
Any orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on a business day will be fulfilled before 5:00 PM EST the next business day.
It can take up to 2 days to fulfill an order during a busy day, but in most cases, the fulfillment happens within 1 day.
Weekend and long weekend orders will be fulfilled on Monday or the next business day.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is the process where the carrier comes to pick up your Girl Dad Co. hats and brings them to you.
In most cases, we use UPS for shipping.
It can take between 3-5 business days between the time the package is picked up to the time it is dropped off to you.
We always include a tracking number so you can see where your order is at any given time.
We charge a flat rate of $9.97 USD per order as of now. This may change in the future and will be reflected on this page.
Missing Packages
If your package is missing, you will get the quickest response from UPS.
If you email or chat with us about a missing package, we will have to call UPS as well, and then convey that information to you.
In all cases, whatever information you have available directly, will also be the information we have available to us.
If something did indeed get lost, we will file a claim with UPS on your behalf, and ship you a new package.
We have mechanisms in place to identify shipping fraud and will not honor a replacement due to missing packages if we detect fraud.
Returns
Other than warrantable claims on quality and workmanship, we currently have no mechanism in place for returns.
All sales are final and there are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Hats come in contact with body fluids such as sweat, dandruff, and other bacteria, rendering them unusable and un-resalable.
We're also a one-man operation, not a corporation and cannot absorb those costs.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please chat in with us, and the CEO will personally do what he can to make things right for you.
We're for girl dads, run by a girl dad. We're not going to leave anyone behind.
