SHIPPING & RETURNS
Fulfillment
Fulfillment is the process our warehouse goes through between receiving your order, picking it out, packaging it, and scheduling a pickup with UPS, USPS, Canada Post, or DHL eCommerce.
Any orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day will be fulfilled the same day.
Any orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on a business day will be fulfilled before 5:00 PM EST the next business day.
It can take up to 2 days to fulfill an order during a busy day, but in most cases, the fulfillment happens within 1 day.
Weekend and long weekend orders will be fulfilled on Monday or the next business day.
Shipping Times
Shipping is the process where the carrier comes to pick up your Girl Dad Co. hats and brings them to you.
Shipping takes between 4-7 business days. Sometimes it can take a little longer if the shipment is lost, misrouted, or address is incorrect.
For Canada, shipping can take longer if you are in the West.
Shipping Policy
We always include a tracking number so you can see where your order is at any given time.
We charge a flat rate of $7.00 USD in USA per order as of now.
Our previous shipping charge was $9.97 USD.
For Canada, shipping charges vary between $14-25 CAD.
This may change in the future and will be reflected on this page.
Please note: we do not profit on shipping and it is a pass through cost. In most cases, we absorb partial shipping and packaging costs.
Missing Packages
If your package is missing, you will get the quickest response from the assigned carrier. We will only have as much information available as you.
If you email or chat with us about a missing package, we will have to call UPS as well, and then convey that information to you.
If something did indeed get lost, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, and ship you a new package.
We have mechanisms in place to identify shipping fraud and will not honor a replacement due to missing packages if we detect fraud.
Returns
Other than warrantable claims on quality and workmanship, we currently have no mechanism in place for returns.
All sales are final and there are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Hats come in contact with body fluids such as sweat, dandruff, and other bacteria, rendering them unusable and un-resalable.
We're also a one-man operation, not a corporation and cannot absorb those costs.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please chat in with us, and the founder will personally do what he can to make things right for you.
We're for girl dads, run by a girl dad. We're not going to leave anyone behind.
